We offer three levels of Pastry courses to choose from depending on what skill level you are at.
Level 1: Beginners
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 3: Advanced.
​I recommend starting with Level 1, so you don’t miss out on the basic skills, techniques and tips and tricks for the selected course criteria you have chosen as most of these courses will build on the skill learnt from the level before.
